In a letter to BSE, the company said that the board of directors of EKI Energy Services Limited had convened a meeting on July 5, 2023, in order to decide on the subject of removal of the statutory auditor, based on the recommendations of the audit committee.
The board of directors reconvened a meeting on July 13, 2023, and approved the removal of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP.
