Michael Franzinger has joined Dentons in the intellectual property and technology practice as a partner in the Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Monday.
Franzinger has experience in patent, trade secret, and IP litigation, with a focus on the administrative law aspects of intellectual property protection, according to Dentons.
He has represented clients in district court lawsuits, patent reexaminations and reviews, arbitrations and mediations, and license negotiations, said the firm.
