Cushman & Wakefield elevates Veera Babu as Managing Director, Tenant Representation, India


Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest and the fastest growing real estate services firm in India, has appointed Veera Babu as Managing Director, Tenant Representation, India.

In his new role, Veera will drive strategic business growth to strengthen the firm’s leading position across cities. He will spearhead the strategic direction for the tenant representation business while fostering client relationships and further expanding the platform to drive innovation and synergies.

Veera has been firm for 18 years; in his previous role, he has not only taken Cushman & Wakefield’s Hyderabad and Kolkata offices to exceptional levels but has also successfully grown the business and strengthened its footprint in the Eastern region within a short period.

He holds an MBA from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a bachelor’s in science from Mahatma Gandhi College.
