CUET UG 2023 results: What NTA says on expected date


The results of CUET UG 2023, or Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG) – 2023, are expected by middle of this month, according to National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in and ntaresults.nic.in for updates. CUET or Common University Entrance Test examinations were conducted by NTA from May 21 to June 23, 2023.

The exams were conducted in nine phases in 387 cities across India and 24 cities outside India for

about 15 lakh candidates.The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG – 2023) is a common examination for admission into under graduate programmes in central Universities for academic session 2023-24. A single examination helps candidates to be a part of the admissions process to various central universities. About 15 lakh candidates had registered for CUET UG 2023 exams and over 200 central and other universities are part of CUET UG – 2023 this year.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) had conducted the examinations of CUET 2023. It is an independent, autonomous testing organization under the Societies Registration Act (1860) for conducting efficient, transparent, and international standardized tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admission to higher education institutions.

Earlier this week, NTA published provisional answer keys for CUET 2023 and uploaded on the websites www.nta.ac.in and https://cuet.samarth.ac.in.

The candidates, who were not satisfied with the Answer Key, could challenge them by paying a fee of Rs
200 per question as a non-refundable processing fee. Challenges made by the candidates is verified by a panel of subject experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised. And based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared by mid-July 2023.”Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared by mid-July 2023,” NTA said.

According to a Times of India report, Delhi University has received the highest 28 lakh applications for its 73 UG programmes on offer under CUET 2023. A candidate could appear in a maximum of 10 subjects and apply in multiple programmes and institutions.
