Corten Capital, a British private equity firm, acquired a majority stake in Ekco last year in a deal reported to be worth over €300 million
Ekco has made its third acquisition in 18 months, snapping up Radius Technologies, a Waterford-based managed service provider for an undisclosed sum.
The Radius acquisition brings the total number of staff at Ekco to more than 650, of which over 400 are based in Ireland.
Ekco, a fast-growing cloud and cyber security provider, has made a series of recent acquisitions in Ireland, acquiring Ward Solutions in 2021 and Kontex and Caveo Systems last year.
