YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Local crews responded to a car crash just after 3 a.m. on Sunday.
A driver hit the barricade on Madison Avenue Expressway near Crescent Street. This was the only car involved.
Police said alcohol and drugs were not involved and that the driver is okay.
