Brockton Eats looks at restaurants entering the local dining landscape – Enterprise News

BROCKTON – New businesses are sprouting all over the area, from modern American food to a Caribbean steakhouse and fresh pressed juice – Easton and Brockton has it all.

In this week’s installment of Brockton Eats with Alisha, we’re exploring what new establishments Brockton and Easton have to offer. I discovered four restaurants that are different in nature but have something unique to offer us, from dazzling interior décor to romantic ambiance.

Our first stop in the round-up is in Brockton, the city of champions. These restaurants are making a name for themselves as they prepare to open soon.

Salo Bar and Grill

Salo Bar and Grill – This is an upcoming restaurant on the bustling main road of 810 North Montello St., Brockton. The restaurant offers American cuisine with a kiss of an island flavor.

Salo Bar and Grill is looking to give the community a chic, modern new vibe with cocktails and fine entrees. They had a soft opening on Dec. 17 and plan to be fully operational on Dec. 21.

Currently, the restaurant is still trying to staff the restaurant, so if you’re looking for a job, I encourage you to apply by visiting their Facebook page for more details on the hiring process.

Sunrise Steakhouse

Sunrise Steakhouse – Indulge in the many flavors that Sunrise Steakhouse has to offer with a packed lunch and dinner menu to satisfy any craving.

There’s something for everyone.

Thick cuts of steak, grilled chicken, and seared lamb are all on the menu, served with slightly healthy sides of cobb salad, potato wedges, Caesar salad, crab cakes, and more.

The restaurant combines the ”vibrant flavors of the Caribbean” and the “succulent tenderness of prime-cut steak” to bring their culinary dreams together. Sunrise Steakhouse is preparing to open in early January. The restaurant is on the east side at 587 Centre, St., Brockton.

Mother’s Daughter Juice + Wellness Bar

Mother’s Daughter Juice + Wellness Bar – located at 543 Pearl St. Brockton, it is giving us a run for our money, and ensuring our health and wellness are top priorities. The business plans to open in spring 2024 but is currently doing pop-up events on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1p.m. at G.Norwood Garden Center, their future home.

Now it is time to take our talents to Easton.

Giana Restaurant and Bar

Giana Restaurant and Bar is a new construction on 3 Roosevelt Circle, South Easton. The modern American restaurant gives an elegant Boston feel right here in our backyard. On their Instagram and Facebook pages, you can see a real-time buildout timeline. The restaurant is looking for staff, so please apply by visiting their social media accounts or by visiting www.gianaeaston.com

This is not a complete list of restaurants coming to the area, rather a sampling that we put together for this piece. If you know of a restaurant that we should feature in a future Brockton Eats with Alisha or a food theme we should pursue, please email staff reporter Alisha Saint-Ciel at stciela@gannett.com.
