CHOCOLATE lovers unite, there’s a new M&M’s flavour on the horizon and this one’s aimed at classic Bounty lovers.
Savvy shoppers have spotted rare coconut-flavoured M&M’s on shelves in budget store B&M.
The new M&M’s Coconut sees coconut-flavoured chocolate housed in M&M’s signature crispy-coloured shell.
The limited edition M&M’s are typically only available abroad in Australia and a bag of these usually goes for $5 AUS or about £2.60.
The rare 160g pack is full of blue, brown, and cream-coloured coconut chocolates.
Most UK stores don’t sell M&M’s in this size, opting to go with the standard 125g pouch which will usually set you back about £1.50.
One surprised customer rushed to Facebook to let others know new chocolates were on the B&M shelves.
In the Extreme Couponing And Bargains UK group, she said: £2.99 in B&M.”
The post was quickly liked over 6,200 times and it picked up a whopping 7,000 comments.
Group members were overjoyed to learn the chocolate snack had arrived on British soil from Down Under.
One user said: “OMG no way.”
Another said: “Sounds yummy.”
“Oh my word these look amazing think I need some,” said a third.
A fourth user said: “Defo buying these!”
Nestle is yet to confirm if the treats will be available elsewhere, so it’s worth keeping your eyes peeled during your next shop.
This comes a few months after eagle-eyed shoppers also spotted M&M’s Crunchy Honeycomb in B&M stores.
A flavour that was also previously available in Australia, shoppers described the unique test as “banging”.
