Moreover, you can now use the BHIM 3.0 app to track, manage, and split all your expenses with ease. Through a dashboard, you can also effectively track your monthly expenditure to understand where you’re spending the most. This will be possible thanks to the spend analytics feature introduced under BHIM 3.0. It will automatically categorise and classify any expenses you make using the BHIM app, “helping users analyse and manage their budget without needing complex spreadsheets,” the release noted.
What’s more, users can now also onboard their family members, track their shared expenses, and even assign specific payments to each family member. “This feature enables better financial planning by giving families a consolidated view of their total expenses,” according to the release.
BHIM 3.0 also has a built-in task assistant that will remind you to pay any pending bills that have been linked to your BHIM App. You can also enable UPI Lite for low-value transactions through BHIM, and every time your LITE wallet balance is running low, you will be alerted of the same.
