Bajaj Holdings among 3 stocks to trade ex-dividend tomorrow. Do you own?


Bajaj Holdings and Investment among 2 other companies are likely to remain in focus today as these had fixed September 25 as the record date for determining the eligible shareholders.

The board of Bajaj Holdings declared an interim dividend of Rs 65 per share earlier this month and fixed September 25 as the record date for the purpose.

“An Interim Dividend of Rs. 65 (650%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 March 2025 has been declared by the Board at its meeting held today i.e. 12 September 2024. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, 25 September 2024,” the company said in its exchange filing.

The company further informed that the said dividend will be credited/dispatched on or around October 10, to the eligible shareholders.

In the past 12 months, Bajaj Holdings & Investment has declared an equity dividend amounting to Rs 131.00 per share and at the share price of Rs 11,085.35, its dividend yield is 1.18%.

Other than Bajaj Holdings, 2 other companies Adtech Systems and Maharashtra Scooters will start trading ex-dividend from tomorrow. They had declared dividends of Re 1 and Rs 110 respectively.
