Awfis expands its footprint in South India with 11 new properties



Flexible office operator Awfis Space solution has added 11 new properties totaling 8,000 seats across major markets in South India as it looks to strengthen its foothold in the growing flexible and managed office space in the country.

The firm has signed prime properties across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi with the region contributing around around 45% of the company’s portfolio.

The newly leased properties cater to the diverse needs of professionals, entrepreneurs, and enterprises across various industries with assets across DSL Uppal, Madhapur, Banjara Hills and Financial District in Hyderabad. Awfis also increased their footprint across Whitefield and ORR in Bangalore, OMR and Perungudi, Chennai and MG Road and KRL Road in Kochi.
Currently, Awfis Space Solutions operates 62 centres totalling to 42,000 seats across the Southern market. For the firm Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai are its largest markets in terms of operation.
