Ask the Psychic: How I connect with a spirit – Sentinel & Enterprise

Dear Bonnie: I was at your live gallery on Thursday night, and I have some questions. First, it was an amazing night, and watching you connect to loved ones in Heaven was almost unbelievable because you made it look so easy. How do you know if the person you are going to in the audience has a loved one around them and you are going to make a connection? My second question is, how can we tell if our loved ones are around us? Thanks, Linda

Dear Linda, thanks for being at the Gallery. I especially love doing them around this time of the year as I know Christmas can be hard if you are missing your loved ones who are in Heaven, especially if it’s your first year without them.

I connect with loved ones who have passed in two different ways when doing a gallery reading. The first is going directly to someone in the audience and asking them “Who are you missing in Heaven”? When I hear the name of who they wish to hear from it’s like a calling card to Heaven as I immediately see, hear, and feel them around me, then it’s just a matter of tuning into the presence of their loved one and giving a few pieces of evidence (because I believe you should know without a doubt I am with the person you requested) and then just letting your loved one know they can speak using me as their channel.

I actually let a grandmother blend her soul with my soul and let her use me to speak directly to her granddaughter, and the energy was strongly felt. That’s called blending.

The second way of communicating at a show is to ask a spirit to make their selves known to me – such as is this a dad? Boyfriend? Mom?

And I start with that – I have a mom here who is telling me her daughter is here in the audience – then I give evidence and descriptions of the mom stepping forward – we find her daughter – and then I am just the medium, the middleman as you would say, and I just let that mom use me to get the message to her daughter.

Lots of times the message is about guidance and them telling me stories to relay to that daughter of the circumstances and situations that have been going on since their passing. This proof is what is needed to ensure that the message is for them and no one else and that your loved ones never really leave you and they are very much still involved in your life. No one in the audience is alone, your loved ones always join you because they want to talk to you as much as you want to talk to them.

How can you tell if a loved one is near you? Here are some examples of how you might be able to perceive your loved ones, guides, and angels, and your pets who have crossed over might be next to you.

You feel chills running through you.

You see an orb in a picture you have taken recently.

You might feel a tingling sensation like someone is sitting next to you.

You hear your name being called, but no one is there.

Your phone keeps going off, but no one is on the other end.

Things fall off shelves right in front of you.

Flashes of lights

You feel an indent on the bed, and you might even see one.

The fire detector keeps going off, but the battery is not dead, and there is no fire.

These are simple yet powerful ways of knowing that your loved ones, guides, and angels, as well as your pets in Heaven, are hanging out with you. Watch for the signs, as they are always around you.

We are never alone, and seeing a demonstration where a medium can prove that to you can be life-changing. Thanks for being at the Gallery!
