The George Home Silver Heated Wing Clothes Airer is a handy piece of equipment that speeds up drying time for your laundry.

It saves you having to put extra heating on during the colder months and costs pennies to run.

But the best part is that it is currently on sale, going from £40 down to £28.

It only weighs 5kg and can be quickly folded for easy storage.

Any shoppers keen on the bargain buy should not wait too long before making their move.

Asda have said that the deal is for in-store customers only.

And the clothes horse is only available “in selected stores”.

Satisfied customers have praised the winter gadget.

One wrote: “This is really good. You do need to keep moving the clothes to get them completely dry but it is brilliant.”

“I use with a dehumidifier and it’s fine moving clothes once or twice once the part touching the element is dry,” said another.

Retailers often slash product prices by this much to clear stock so the discounts are unique to single stores.

It’s always best to phone ahead to your local shop to check what bargains they have available so you aren’t left empty handed.

And you should always compare prices with other retailers so you know the best place to save cash.

Many of us are doing our best to stay away from the thermostat this winter but we still want to keep our houses warm – and there’s a trick.

It comes as shoppers discovered it may be cheaper to heat a single room that you spend most of your time in as opposed to heating a whole house

In that case, it might be worth looking into getting an oil radiator.

Oil radiators use an electrical element to heat up thermal oil inside.

Most are extremely energy efficient as they convert every single watt of electricity they draw from the wall sockets into usable heat.

CheckaTrade shows that the average cost of running your heating per hour is 7p per kilowatt-hour.

That’s around £1.68 an hour and about £94.08.

But a small 500W radiator oil-filled radiator could set you back around £31.20 a week if you heat just one room.
