Arcane Season 2 part 1: Check release schedule of the animated series, global viewing times and cast



The much awaited and newly brewed season of ‘Arcade’ will be ready and available on OTT platform Netflix on November 9, 2024. After a patience-testing three-year wait, Arcade Season 2 has picked up exactly where its first season left off. The new season opens with Piltover’s remaining council members clashing on how best to deal with the Zaun rebels, as Caitlyn and Vi vow to take down Jinx once and for all.The first part of Arcade Season 2 will consist of nine episodes and the new episodes of the series will be available to its viewers at time: 12:00 AM PT (Pacific Time) / 3:00 AM ET (Eastern Time). The show will air at different times all over the globe.

Arcane Season 2 viewing times: Here are the mentioned times: 4:00 AM in Brazil Time, 8:00 AM in the UK, 9:00 AM in Central European Time, 12:30 PM in India Standard Time, 5:00 PM in Australia, and 7:00 PM in New Zealand. The ‘Arcane’ Season 2 will be released in batches, and so every week new batches of episodes will drop. All ‘Arcane’ Season 2 Release dates: Episodes 1-3: November 9, 2024 Episodes 4-6: November 16, 2024 Episodes 7-9: November 23, 2024.

In the animated series Arcane, Jinx (Ella Purnell) and Vi (Hailee Steinfeld) are two iconic League of Legends champions — and they also happen to be sisters who find themselves on opposing sides of a war between the utopian city of Piltover and its oppressed underbelly, Zaun. In the final chapter of loved and groundbreaking animated series, the season 2 promises to bring closure to the dramatic story between Piltover and Zaun, thrilling fans globally.

What to expect in Arcane season 2?

Arcane series has been described by Netflix as, “Arcane tells the origin story of two iconic League of Legends champions, who just so happen to be sisters. Jinx – also known as Powder – and Vi find themselves on rival sides of a brewing war between the utopian city Piltover and its oppressed underbelly Zaun. Powder and Vi are completely transformed by the end of the first season, as Powder becomes the mischievous Jinx and Vi proves she’s one champion you don’t want to mess with.”

In Arcane Season 2, viewers can expect to see the gripping narrative of Vi and Jinx, whose strained relationship reached a saturation point in Season 1. With Piltover and Zaun on the brink of war, their lives took different turns that changed the future of both cities. In Arcane new season, one can expect more fierce and deadly confrontations, deeper alliances and powerful emotional arcs.

Co-creator Christian Linke teased that he is going darker, especially for characters who didn’t want to choose which side they wanted. It also brings to be inner turmoil on Jinx’s part, voiced by Ella Purnell.The story could get really heavy and intense in emotion both for the character and story, reported Times of India.

Arcane Season 2: Cast and Crew

According to reports, in Arcane new season Christian Linke and Alex Yee will return as co-creators for the second and final season of the series.

The new season will see the recurring characters of Vi, voiced by Hailee Steinfeld, and Jinx, played by Ella Summer Purnell. More characters will also be introduced in the new season and with them a whole new cast of voice actors which include Katie Leung, Kevin Alejandro, Jason Spisak, Toks Olagundoye, and more.
