The new Apple iMac is here. Two years after the release of iMac M1 model back in April 2021, the Cupertino, Calif.-based company introduced a model refresh with the new M3 processor.

For 2023, the all-in-one desktop comes with Apple’s new chipset M3 with three variations, which the company says is twice as fast as the M1 chip and up to four times faster the Intel Core i7 processor. This is one of Apple‘s speediest, most powerful and thinnest desktop computers for smoother workflows and faster rendering times. It’s one of the best computers for video editors, graphic designers or anyone else who needs to see images with the clearest details, thanks to the 4.5K Retina display with 500 nits of brightness and P3 wide color. According to Apple, Adobe Photoshop on the iMac M3 can handle editing 100-megapixel images seamlessly.

The iMac M3 also features the best-ever camera system for the Apple line, and the 1080p FaceTime HD camera — coupled with three studio-quality microphones — is just as great for catching up with far-away family as it is for professional video calls and presentations. The Wi-Fi 6E compatibility allows for lightning-fast file transfers, and gamers will also love the new chip’s ability to present up to 50 percent faster frame rates

There are seven colors available, including blue, green, pink, silver, yellow, orange and purple; and each model comes with a Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse.
