Apple, Open AI CEOs Met with Biden Homeland Security Chief on AI – Bloomberg Law

Apple Inc.’s Tim Cook-bsp-person> and OpenAI’s Sam Altman met with Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas about artificial intelligence during his recent trip to California, Mayorkas’ office said in a statement.

• The CEOs and Mayorkas discussed how to prevent AI-powered cyberattacks and stem disinformation generated by algorithms.
• Mayorkas also met with Adobe Inc’s Shantanu Narayen and Anthropic’s Dario Amodei.
