Amazon offers rare iPad price cut but these massive bargains come with a warning

It’s pretty rare that Apple’s popular iPad range gets any sort of worthwhile discount but that’s exactly what Amazon is offering right now. The online retailer has slashed the cost of the 10th Gen tablet with prices now starting from as low as £389 – that’s a saving of over £100 off the standard price and one of lowest we’ve seen in a while.

As a quick reminder, the 10th Gen iPad gets an expansive 10.9-inch Retina display, fast A14 Bionic processor, a single rear camera and fast unlocking via a Touch ID.

If you want something a tiny bit more premium then the iPad Air is also cheaper at Amazon right now with this tablet costing just £579. That’s also a saving of over £100. This hugely popular slate features a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina screen along with a slimline design.

There’s a fast M1 processor inside which makes it as powerful as some laptops and it’s compatible with the latest Gen 2 Apple Pencil.

These are both incredibly good deals but before you dash to splash the cash it’s worth noting that something even better could be coming very soon.

Rumours are rife that Apple is planning a major launch this year with new iPads likely to be top of the agenda. No reboots were announced in 2023 which is highly usually for Apple and means updates can’t be far away.

Changes could include a new design, improved performance, better cameras and faster charging.

Of course, Apple never gives anything away but most experts believe the US firm will be holding a launch in March so there’s not to find out what could be coming to these devices.

If you’re not worried about having the latest and great gadget in your hands then the Amazon deals are execprtionally good.

Just be aware these tablets could look outdated very soon.
