Nikola Corp (NASDAQ:) 6% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an SEC-registered underwritten public offering of up to $100.0M of shares of its common stock.

Y mAbs Therapeutics (NASDAQ:) 6% HIGHER; Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.47 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.44). Revenue for the quarter came in at $31.5M versus the consensus estimate of $20.35M.
