386th AEW Stands up Expeditionary Air Base Group – US AIR FORCES CENTRAL

U.S. Air Force Col. Adeleke Ekundayo, 386th Expeditionary Air Base Group commander, assumes command of the newly established EABG during an assumption of command ceremony at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Oct. 3, 2023. The Expeditionary Air Base Group consists of nine squadrons: Civil Engineering, Communications, Contracting, Force Support, Logistics Readiness, Maintenance, Medical, Operational Support and Security Forces. This construct  empowers Airmen at all ranks to be more adaptive, agile, survivable, and to move at a faster pace, ensuring Ali Al Salem continues to be a power projection platform in the region.
