In a blog post, they said, “Our backers believe in us and our core pillars: rapid prototyping, experimentation, and working in public. The funding will supercharge the development and deployment of even more experimental games on the open web. No need for app installations, specific software, or high-end devices—just pure, unadulterated gaming fun, served as soon as it’s ready.”

They said that public testing and getting real-time feedback will allow them to focus on turning players’ favorite experiments into fantastic games.
